Q - What do you mean by tailor made?

A - Subject to budget and availability we can provide what you want in the format you require. All packages we offer have room for customization, including number of attendees, flight and travel arrangements, accommodation facilities, menu options, entertainment etc.

Q - What I want isn't on the website?

A - Drop us a line, and tell us what you are interested in. We have great long standing relationships, with many of the world-wide official sporting and entertainment providers, as well as major hotel groups and caterers. We will be happy to provide you with information you require.

Q - I'm not to sure what I require - can we meet?

A - We have a regional sales force, our team will always be happy to arrange a consultation, usually within 24 hours with no charge to you. We have senior event consultants on hand to advise you in every way possible.

Q - What do you charge?

A - We strongly believe in providing value for money. In most cases we will charge a flat 10% management fee for handling all aspects of your business event. You can then choose to ask us to do as much or as little as you require.

Q - How long will you take to respond to me?

A - We pride ourselves in our enquiry turnaround time. Maximum time limit for any enquiry is 24 hours Monday-Friday.
